<p> 先行指标：国际钢铁协会下调 2012 年全球钢需求增长预测。国际钢铁协会12 日在巴黎发布的短期展望报告上调了该机构对全球今明两年钢铁消费需求的预测。最新预测认为全球钢铁消费保持强劲增长，2011 年预计增长6.5%至13.98 亿吨，2012 年将进一步增长5.4%至创纪录的14.74 亿吨。</p>

国际指标：国际钢价普遍下跌。CRU 国际钢价指数与上周持平；本周Mysteel 公布的国内外钢价数据显示，各国钢价继续下跌，其中欧盟和东南亚下跌幅度较大；而废钢价格也继续下跌，其中美国废钢价下跌1.18%、中国、东南亚废钢价下跌3%-5%。</p>
